I am in several times a week and I just love the staff. The atmosphere has a great vibe to stay and hang out or meet up with friends, or you can take the route of relaxing in a cozy space to get some work done. The frittata is a must-try, but literally all items and drinks are incredible ?

Uncommon Ground has a nice vibe, but the food didn’t meet expectations. I came at noon, and the food was dry — not what I’d expect at that time of day.
I also ordered a coffee with double caramel, but I couldn’t taste the caramel at all. The atmosphere is cool, but the food and drinks were just okay. Overall, not worth it for the food.

Affordable place with nice music and atmosphere, especially on a rainy day ? And, if no allergies, you MUST try the Hazelnut Latte!
I was in Halifax from PEI while my partner had a surgery, one of the nurses recommended I try it before we leave. The morning we left, I went down and got a coffee, it was literally the best! I wish I had of known about the place sooner. But I’ll definitely be going again.

An old man came in wearing boxer briefs and was loudly talking to himself, he had visible drugs on their tables and was making extremely vulgar remarks about the women in the establishment. When I told the staff, they said there was nothing they could do and that if I was uncomfortable, I could leave.
