My husband’s donair was good but my pizza tasted not at all fresh. It had a few uniquely flavoured pieces of pepperoni on it and that was about it. I would go back but not for the pizza.

Took 45 min to make 1 quesadilla and 1 Donair and they only realized they hadn't made the Donair yet at the 40 min mark.
Quesadilla was burned and the Donair was dry. Would not recommend.

If you like ham and cheese panini, stay home. Take some sandwich bread, a little butter and dry ham (very dry), and put it in the oven for 5 minutes. It will be better.
What I tried to eat looked like anything but a panini.
$13 for dry bread with butter..

While the Halifax waterfront is fun to visit, it's also a prime tourist zone where you will pay high prices. If you are looking for something on the cheaper side, this kiosk has reasonable prices.As for the food, although I found the pizza to be just OK, my experience did not match some of the ultra negative reviews. Yes, the food here is not the best, but it is fine if you are on a tight budget and don't feel like paying tourist prices. As for the service, I found the staff to be friendly.

Chicken pizza is tasteless and it smells not good

It’s not safe….We ordered a sandwich for my kid and it came with fungi on chicken and cheese, unfortunately my kid ate 2 bites, and we were shocked and approached the restaurant. A guy from the kitchen answered very rudely that “it’s just fungi right? It’s common in Canada, if you want I can prepare another one”. He didn’t even bother to apologize or feel sorry. They gave us a refund. Definitely not recommended ?
