Long story short...Not recommended.

Pretty average waterfront touristy food. A lot of it is pretty clearly pre-packaged and heated up to serve. Service is hit and miss. Atmosphere is touristy but I can see how that may appeal to some.

Came here in the summer and finally reviewing waterfront warehouse.
This was the location of our first dinner in our Nova Scotia trip. And what a way to start. Great food, great taste, great atmosphere and great service.
Seafood was fresh and the oysters really hit the spot. The lobster poutine was awesome too. Quite a bit of lobster and the creamy sauce went so well coating everything and the fries. Salmon was perfectly cooked. Moist tender and flaked nicely.
Service was top notch. Took care of us from our first step in until the very end. We had a birthday celebration as well and this spot definitely made it memorable.
Parking isn’t very easy here. There is a parking lot across the street and some type of parking right beside the restaurant, both seem to be paid parking. The lots can get full and maneuvering is ok but parking spots and the roadway seems to be tighter. So will have to keep that in mind.
Great job overall

Food was excellent except for one oyster that was spoiled. We informed the waitress who informed the manager, no apologies and it was still charged although taken away, I had to take it out of the service charge. Rude Manager could have handled it better

Late Review... was visiting Halifax a little over month ago for a wedding and afterwards we came across this restaurant. They have the better seafood options we saw in town and the Lobster Rolls were delicious.

We were craving fresh seafood and this place have the best selections. Open bar and wide variety of drinks. Service was fast and friendly. We had raw scallops, little neck and cherry clams. Very good. The fish and chips is also very good. Best of all the whole lobsters were very fresh and perfectly cooked. Must try when in this area.

Four of us stopped in during our cruise ship port call. Fish & Chips were great along with all the other dishes. Great atmosphere, especially outside on a sunny day. Our server was very attentive despite having many tables.

Our experience at Waterfront Warehouse was absolutely fantastic! The service was spectacular — the staff checked in frequently to make sure we had everything we needed without ever feeling rushed. The seafood was a true highlight: the lobster was fresh and flavorful, almost as good as what you’d find in Newfoundland, and the scallops were cooked to absolute perfection. From start to finish, it was a wonderful dining experience with great food, great service, and a warm, welcoming atmosphere. Highly recommend for anyone visiting the Halifax waterfront!

Visited Halifax for the first time recently and tried this restaurant on the boardwalk. We came for lunch. We sat outside on the patio under and umbrella and a server was slow to come to us even though we kept looking at her. Apparently there was confusion between the hostess and server about whether or not we were sat in that server's section. She did apologize for the confusion and delay.
We both opted for the lobster roll for lunch. I had the side caesar (shown in this pic) salad option but it was swimming in dressing and I had to send it back for one that had less dressing. The lobster roll filling was good but nothing to write home about. The disappointment for me was the brioche hot dog bun it was served on. It was not a nice fresh bakery bun. It tasted like a commercial grade sweet hot dog bun. It was $33 plus taxes and tip. We were hoping to be impressed with a local delight but this one just missed the mark.
