We're from Manitoba and my friend really wanted to try some fresh, in season lobster. Waterfront warehouse had a great deal going, so we decided to try it. She really enjoyed her lobster! It was fresh and tasty. I ordered the fish n chips, and also really enjoyed it!
Personally I also enjoyed the atmosphere. I like theme restaurants so I liked the decor and I liked that it was pretty casual.

We had dinner recently and the calamari was overcooked, rubbery as was the shrimp. And the vegetables were too hard. The dessert was listed as blueberry grunt but it was a blueberry loaf. The service was very good but I wouldn’t return based on the food.

We ordered Chicken sandwich and Fish&chips. Chicken sandwich smelled and tasted fishy! Couldn’t finish it. It had a very bad weird taste and smell! Not pleasing at all! Fish&chips wer just okay!

Drove in specifically to go to the restaurant tonight... The coldest night of the winter so far. Walked a long distance from where we found parking only to find the place was close. Would have been nice if the website could have mentioned this. Not very happy right now.
OK experience. Food not great but good. I thought quite expensive for the quality of food.

Worst food we’ve ever ate…so disappointed! Definitely not quality seafood that would actually represent Nova Scotia…first was double fried and soggy, lobster were made from canned lobster, definitely not fresh, seafood chowder was fishy tasting and made tasty like old fish….

I don't have the financial security to come here often. Beautiful spot though.

Pretty average waterfront touristy food. A lot of it is pretty clearly pre-packaged and heated up to serve. Service is hit and miss. Atmosphere is touristy but I can see how that may appeal to some.

Came here in the summer and finally reviewing waterfront warehouse.
This was the location of our first dinner in our Nova Scotia trip. And what a way to start. Great food, great taste, great atmosphere and great service.
Seafood was fresh and the oysters really hit the spot. The lobster poutine was awesome too. Quite a bit of lobster and the creamy sauce went so well coating everything and the fries. Salmon was perfectly cooked. Moist tender and flaked nicely.
Service was top notch. Took care of us from our first step in until the very end. We had a birthday celebration as well and this spot definitely made it memorable.
Parking isn’t very easy here. There is a parking lot across the street and some type of parking right beside the restaurant, both seem to be paid parking. The lots can get full and maneuvering is ok but parking spots and the roadway seems to be tighter. So will have to keep that in mind.
Great job overall
