I love going Wendy's occasionally to sit and chat kind of meetings with kids and family friends. vouchers are really good. I always use them. I love the chips to chilly cheese fries. Get ypur chips upgraded to that. We always do. Its a dollar charge I think. Love their drink machine. Many different flavours and uou can keep trying different drinks and flavours. Our favourite part. The vouchers can be downloaded from the Google. The other thing I love is thst ehen you buy anuthing; you get the reciept; and at the back of receipt; u can do a survey and get a code, which you can fill on the back of it and buy any sandwhich amd they will give ypu one Dave sandwhich for free. I always ho there gor fun times. I love it. !

This place has gone down hill fast. I was there around 7pm. The place had at most 6 people seated and maybe 4 in the line. I asked for a Jr bacon cheeseburger combo. The clerk said something that sounded like ... we can't do a combo. So he charged me separately for everything. He was too busy talking with his co workers who were equally ignorant. No smiles , no thank you. When I finally got my food.. well over 8 minutes it came in a bag not on a tray, the burger was almost wet with grease and not hot, the bag had a wet spot in fact on the side where the burger sat and the fries were not hot and fresh.
On my way out I stopped in the men's room. I couldn't stay and went elsewhere. The sink , toilet and floor were dirty the mirror looked like it hasn't been cleaned in ages and the bathroom door and door into the toilet area was all streaked with something. The staff obviously don't care about their customers or their place of employment.
I will never come back to this location.

As with most fast food chains, this Wendy's quality has gone downhill. A plain basic meal for 2, with small fries and small drink, 2 single hamburgers is 27 dollars, and you can almost see thru the meat patty, its that thin. Won't be returning.

Not the location's fault but the franchise it's self, I have not been to Wendy's in a over a year and half, Food is not good anymore, shrunken burgers and fries, poor ingredients cheap microwave like bacon,, Terrible food now and a big rip off as well, save your money folks , go to 7 peppers beside it on quinpool road and get some decent food worth the price
I ordered a small chicken combo along with chicken tenders and I was so disappointed, the spicy chicken sandwich and the fries was so salty and bitter. I usually order through Wendy’s but this time it disappointed me 😞. The food that I ordered was all waste and I couldn’t even eat it !

Thanks to GPS, it wasn't that hard to find. I was happy to see ample parking. The food was good, and the restuarant was clean. The staff was friendly and quick to fulfill orders.
