They can't read english so the orders are always wrong.
It McDonald’s, nice nothing that every other McDonalds has. Staff was exceptional prices are just too high to justify these days

Could NOT be happier!!! The service was amazing here. I admittedly forgot to ask for no ice in my drink and asked for a spoon to scoop it out…the manager offered to make me a new one and even after I sad it was my mistake, she poured a new one and gave me both drinks. The cashier was new and the manager and another employee were very quick to make sure she got the help she needed without her having to struggle. The food was nice and warm. The restaurant, bathroom and tables were clean!!!! It was like stepping back in time 20 years. I will return here and do recommend to anyone who is tired of the crappy service most places have now.

I don't often post a bad review but the breakfast sandwich I just got from this location should have been put in a box because the contents were similar to a food you would eat with a fork. The top of the buscuit was broken into three pieces and everything just feel apart as I was eating it. I did have to get a fork. And it was also cold.
Crap service by people not from here. I get home and everything in the bag was smoothed in ketchup because the burgers were just thrown in the bag not wrapped properly. Never again

Customer service is basically non-existent. The person manning the drive thru greeted and said what can I get you and then made me feel rushed by continuously asking anything else, anything else and then just drive thru. The interactions at the window are even worse, with very little to no interaction or communication at all. When paying the window is just slid open, the total announced and the pin pad presented without even asking how will you be paying, so when paying cash it feels like an inconvenience as they sigh and have to then cancel the pin pad transaction. Once the payment is completed 9/10 times there is no further communication, instructions or anything from the staff to say thank you/ go to the next window etc etc. Then when collecting the order at the final window more often then not the window is slid open and a bag shoved at you with no thank you, or have a good day or do you need napkins etc etc. As someone who has worked in fast food it makes me cringe and sad that this is the state of our service industry.

I don't usually post reviews, but after hearing from some friends, and being recommended to leave one I decided that I would. I ordered from here a few months ago via uber, i was sent a RAW chicken sandwich. I had to force myself to get sick.Because I was in the early stages of my pregnancy and was worried about my baby. I couldn't even eat the rest of my food. I called the manager who offered nothing more than an apology, i asked what she planned on doing.They stated they would just train the grill guy better. I asked for a refund.She told me that she couldn't give me one that I had to go through uber, then, she offered me coupons that to this day, three months later, still haven't arrived. I had contacted their district manager.Their customer service, the department of health & didnt end up getting anything more than a 20$ app credit good for a month, even though i told them i probably wouldn't be returning. Which was very disappointing because I had eaten at this specific location for almost twenty years.With all of my family members and never had a single issue. And does someone that has worked in customer service for fifteen years, as a customer, I shouldn't have to ask a manager. What they're going to do in order to write the wrong that is serving somebody raw chicken, not even undercooked it was still raw. I then tried to reach out to their customer service line again.And they tried to tell me to contact another person, i shouldn't have to deal with four and five people to get one issue resolved, especially one that could have been detrimental to my health as well as my unborn child.
Sorry to have to rate it as 1 because my husband and I love Wendy’s and have for many years. However, last night at 6:15 we ordered through the drive through and my husband was handed our order made by 2 female employees. We drove to your parking lot and when we went to take the food out of the bag the smell of strong perfume hit us straight in the face. The strong smell was all over the brown paper bag containing the food, the top of the plastic coke cup, the French fry box and my bottle of water. It was nasty! I am not one to complain but this was gross! The smell was so strong it continued to linger in the truck even after we threw out the bag!

Came in on Monday, September 1st around 4:30 in the evening. There were two girls making burgers, one was wearing gloves and the other wasn’t. I watched one of the girls fully make my burger without any gloves. She was reaching into the ingredient bins with her bare hands and that is so beyond disgusting. I didn’t say anything in person because I don’t like confrontation, but I’m so shocked that this happened.

Fav Wendy’s in the city. All the staff are always so pleasant and genuinely seem to like working there. They rarely mess up an order. Frosties are the best!

I don't know what's wrong with the staff here but they definitely need some more training, especially in the English department. I can't remember a time where I went in here placed an order and they had it correct. first effort every single time I go here they always get my order wrong and I always have to go back. make sure you always check your order in the drive-thru. wow just wow

This is an okay location. I'm shocked that it's not busier during breakfast hours. Sometimes the food quality can be rushed during nighttime hours. Coffee based drinks never seem to taste right here.
