Came in on Monday, September 1st around 4:30 in the evening. There were two girls making burgers, one was wearing gloves and the other wasn’t. I watched one of the girls fully make my burger without any gloves. She was reaching into the ingredient bins with her bare hands and that is so beyond disgusting. I didn’t say anything in person because I don’t like confrontation, but I’m so shocked that this happened.

Fav Wendy’s in the city. All the staff are always so pleasant and genuinely seem to like working there. They rarely mess up an order. Frosties are the best!

I don't know what's wrong with the staff here but they definitely need some more training, especially in the English department. I can't remember a time where I went in here placed an order and they had it correct. first effort every single time I go here they always get my order wrong and I always have to go back. make sure you always check your order in the drive-thru. wow just wow

This is an okay location. I'm shocked that it's not busier during breakfast hours. Sometimes the food quality can be rushed during nighttime hours. Coffee based drinks never seem to taste right here.

When we arrived at the first window, we were helped by an employee named Dan. We had a free offer and a coupon that we intended to use together. The free offer was for a Junior Bacon Cheeseburger using my points, and the coupon was for a free 6-piece nuggets with a combo purchase. Unfortunately, neither offer was scanning properly. During this time, Dan was not very helpful, he interrupted us repeatedly and spoke in a manner that felt dismissive and unprofessional. When we suggested he call a supervisor since the system wasn’t scanning the offers, he responded with, “Yes, I am,” while closing the window halfway as we were still speaking. When the supervisor arrived, he told us we could only use one offer at a time. However, we’ve used both a free offer and a coupon together before without issue. The free item from the app is something I’ve technically earned through purchases, so it doesn’t feel like it should count against using a coupon that comes with a combo. I mentioned that I also work at Wendy’s, and the supervisor responded, “Listen buddy, I’ve been working at Wendy’s for a long time. I know how things work.” While I understand he may have experience, there was a better and more respectful way to communicate that. On top of everything, both combo meals we received came with noticeably fewer fries than usual. This isn’t the first time I’ve had a poor experience at this location. The level of hospitality consistently falls short, which is disappointing especially when I’ve never had these kinds of issues at other Wendy’s. Just leaving this honest review in the hopes that it leads to better service and prevents other customers from having a similar experience.

Meh, it’s a Wendy’s nothing special. They miked our order up with someone else’s. Half my food on their try half my food on their trays. Food it’s self not really hot. Other than our French toast it looked burnt, over cooked.

Worst Wendy’s in Halifax. Every time I include a drink with my order it’s forgotten, if they do include it there’s no straw. I often get the wrong order completely or missing items. My FINAL straw was today finding a piece of glass in my burger. I’ll never go back to that location
