Awful service. They take a lot of time to prepare the order. Every time. I placed an order online and still had to wait for more than 20 minutes with the car in front, and they told me to come back.

it was happened on 13th of August.I just had the worst restaurant experience of my life at Wendy's in kempt road Halifax. My 7-year-old son and I went there to buy Breakfast for my family and it turned into a nightmare.
The server who took our order seemed poorly trained and didn’t have a good grasp of the menu. To make matters worse, the manager—who had a beard—intervened and made the situation even more frustrating. I had to repeat my order to him, which took an additional 15 minutes.
I was in a hurry and muttered a frustrated word under my breath, and the manager reacted aggressively, telling me not to show my anger. His intimidating demeanor scared my son, who said he never wants to see this restaurant again.
The lack of proper hygiene, like not wearing a beard net, is unacceptable in the food industry. Customer service was a complete zero. It’s really sad to see a brand with such potential handle things this way. I won’t be returning, and I urge others to think twice before dining here.

I’m very disappointed with my recent visit to this Wendy’s. First, when I was handed my fries, I noticed the employee's fingers were directly touching the fries, which is a clear hygiene issue. Food should always be handled with the utmost care, especially by employees, and this was a concerning oversight.
To make matters worse, after I finished my meal, I saw a small rat or mouse scurry out of the kitchen area. The workers in the restaurant seemed completely unfazed by it, as if this was a normal occurrence, which raises serious concerns about the cleanliness and safety of this location. It’s deeply troubling to think that this might have been ignored for some time.
I urge management to take this matter seriously and address the hygiene and pest control issues immediately. Customers deserve to know that their food is being prepared in a safe and clean environment. This experience was unacceptable, and I won’t be returning unless these problems are addressed.

It was disgusting, Will not go back . For years I have eaten at this location. Never again. The burgers were taste less , the bun so wet , did not taste like a Wendy's burger .

Love the menu. Everything I get I'm always very satisfied with however, I would never stay in and eat . The staff serves me well yet speaks any language but English when addressing somebody other than me. I understand it is easier to speak in your own language as someone who speaks five yet in service once to speak the language of the customer base when working.
Honestly, this place is fantastic. Whenever we’re feeling fast food, this is the place we go to! Simply because the fries are always fresh and the burgers built well!
