“We stopped into this wine bar while waiting to go to Neptune Theatre, and it was a lovely experience. The wine itself was okay, but the chocolate mousse dessert was absolutely delicious, so much so I forgot to take a picture. We didn’t try any of the other food, but everything we saw (and read on the menu) looked great - we’d happily return to try more next time.

The atmosphere was wonderful: relaxed, cozy, and perfect for a drink with a friend or a partner. Overall, I would recommend this spot. It’s a great place to unwind and enjoy a nice evening out.“

“Service from Kayley was impeccable. She made excellent recommendations for wine selections based on our individual taste as well as wine pairings with our food. Despite it being busy, it felt like we had her full attention and she didn't forget a thing. Impressive and super charming. The food was great - love the scallop crudo and the fish tin. “Went here last night for a date and we both left feeling very impressed with the food, service and atmosphere. My partner and I ordered the fondue with the steak, lobster and sausage plate and they did not disappoint - amazing value for only $30 considering the portion sizes and the tenderness of the steak. We both said how it was the one of the best steaks we have ever had!
Our server was also quick and attentive. I always appreciate when they are efficient and she was great at meeting our needs.
My only complaint - which wouldn’t reduce my 5-star rating is that it was quite loud for someone who is hard of hearing, that being said, it was busy at the time and it’s a relatively small space which staff don’t have any control over.
Overall I would certainly recommend to a friend and visit again :)“

Reta's is a delightful spot where every dish bursts with flavor and the service is always warm and welcoming. From the first bite to the last, everything we ordered was absolutely delicious. It's a quiet, cozy place that lets you truly enjoy your meal and the company you're with. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a relaxing dining experience with amazing food!

I wish the plating of the duck dish would be a bit different. We couldn't enjoy the sauce much without ordering the sourdough bread. Also if spoons were provided without asking as the sauces go to waste and we cannot enjoy them with the fork so the amazing sauces are wasted.“
