Stopped in at the Wired Monk yesterday afternoon for the first time. It is a really cozy spot. The staff were very welcoming and cheery! I had a cappuccino and it was really good, a good price for the size too (it seemed big, maybe just because it was a tall mug haha). There was lots of seating and I got a spot looking out the window onto Morris St. Nice soundtrack, chill piano music too. Wish I could've stayed longer...

Busy spot with a great atmosphere! I didn't love my coffee or breakfast bagel, but the muffin was nice. Service was wonderful!

Chicken samosa is an underrated breakfast. London fog was on the sweet side.

Recommended: London fog, espresso, chicken samosa, ranchero bagel

Worth the walk from the cruise terminal… the staff was very helpful for local suggestions…… better than hop on hop off. Gingerbread cookie very good!!! they also have teas and an Italian grilled cheese. That looks amazing… I should’ve skipped eating on the boat.

Loved this place. Great coffee at fair price. Soft background relaxing music, cute bistro tables & nice comfortable upholstered chairs. Stumble upon it walking around Halifax; just a couple of blocks from my cruise ship. Free wifi & exceptionally clean washroom. Initially just needed a washroom but walking inside, it felt so pleasant that I got black coffee & stayed for 1+ hours. Didn’t try their food but it looked appetizing.

Aussie here, we take our coffee rather seriously ?. Have been to several cafes across the country but coffee here is the first we’ve had in Canada that is comparable to home. Will definitely be back!
