I had an excellent cappuccino here. The staff were excellent; One guy was reading everyone their horoscopes and it created a very relaxed and welcoming atmosphere.

Wired monk was a delicious spot for a quick coffee and bite to eat. I got a warmed almond croissant and I would highly recommend. Astetically, the amount of local art on the wall was also nice!

Been coming here regularly for a while. Person at the counter made some extremely rude and short tempered comments today. Will not be returning.

Tried the matcha this morning and had to throw it out after a few sips. It tasted like watered down milk with a strange smell. no real matcha flavor at all. Really disappointing, especially first thing in the morning

Definitely stop by this little gem while in Halifax! The coffee is delicious, iced chai was spit on and the almond croissant was devine! As a reviewer of almond croissants, there aren’t many places I’ll give 5 starts for this one particular item. However, in my opinion, this croissant is a winner! It isn’t too sweet, has the right amount of filling. The outside is flaky but not dry, and a good softness. 👌 Come early to get this item as it sells out fast!

I always choose Oat milk for my latte, every where and it was the worsen milk. Even the day after I got the wrong taste lasting. I noticed it’s because of Kirkland Milk the cheapeast and indigestible one. I just wanna be constructive and say it is just about the wrong quality of that milk. Otherwise their coffee shot alone would be great, smell very good. Excellent service!

the matcha latte is very bad, and not recommended. Otherwise, the atmosphere is good
My friend and I ordered two medium iced lattes. The barista poured coffee from a to-go cup into smaller café cups without bothering to mix anything, so we got a hint of espresso with too much milk. Both came out nearly ice-free and lukewarm. We had to ask for extra ice. At least I’m happy she dumped the rest of the coffee in the sink, it wasn’t drinkable anyway. The barista could really use a refresher on how to make iced lattes properly.
P.S. look how much extra coffee we were supposed to get in the picture.
