The staff and server were very friendly, and appetizers and desserts are free for orders over $25 at the table. (We chose spring rolls and chocolate ice cream.) The food tasted great, and I will visit again with a friend.

Was looking for a place for dinner while exploring downtown Halifax, and decided to try this place because the prices looked reasonable and it was highly rated. Small restaurant, looks cute. Portion size is great. Sushi and sashimi was delicious and fresh. I was pleasantly surprised the beef udon came with marinated beef which was really good. Server was very attentive. As someone visiting from Calgary, it was great value considering the portion sizes. I definitely recommend...

Outstanding experience. The waitress was so sweet and kind. I ordered the Crystal box and its the best value in the city. I'll be eating it for lunch and dinner. Large soup, decent size salad, 6 pc tempura, 2 spring rolls, 3 dumplings, teryaki chicken and rice and 6 pc of sushi (I forwent the salmon becasue its not for me but they subbed in yam for free). I will go back and often.
