We decided to stop into Acadian Fish & Chips today after reading amazing reviews in a local FB group. Well, what a catch! 😉

When we walked in to order, I was greeted by the most lovely lady. She’s been working the front for four years and absolutely loves what she does. She was so passionate about their food, the quality, and the experience they provide. She was incredibly friendly, informative, and welcoming.

We ordered a three piece fish with poutine instead of fries and a two piece with fries and gravy.

OMGGGGG. IT WAS HUMONGOUS!!!!

The fish was so fresh, piping hot, and cooked to perfection. The fries were absolutely incredible with a light dusting of seasoning. Their coleslaw had just the perfect amount of sweetness.

If that wasn’t enough to catch 😉 me off guard, the homemade tartar sauce was divine. The hint of garlic and dill was so unexpected and absolutely delicious.

When I walked to the counter to get a takeout container for my leftovers, the owner (I think? Or maybe the chef?) hollered from the back, “Is everyone happy out there?” What a wonderful experience. It felt so nice to be valued as a customer, receive exceptional service, and be served absolutely delicious food. We can’t wait to go back.

Friendly service and generous amount of food for a fair price.

Couldn't eat there, no parking, not enough parking in the lot to go in.

The very best clams and chips we have ever had. Worth the journey.

Stopped in for some fish & chips on the way home from the beach, my partner and I split a 2 piece which they served on our own plate for us. It was by far enough for the both of us, very generous size portions. Easily best fish & chips we’ve had!! We’ll definitely be back.

Just visited with my family,all our meals were perfect. Lots of food, amazing quality and quantity. Service was quick and extremely cheerful. Not my first visit but definitely not going to be long before we will be back with friends

I ordered the lobster roll with fries. It was delicious, with big pieces of lobster. I like that it wasn’t heavy on the mayo, it had just enough. Since I took it home I did add a bit of garlic butter and lemon. But it was still great without. Fries were crispy. The lady at the cash was so friendly and welcoming. Will definitely be back.

Great fresh food and friendly folks running the joint. One of the best lobster rolls I’ve had. So fresh and super generous portions! It’s a must stop place.

The food was amazing. The fish and chips were such a good value for the amount given and well made. The Lobster Roll was phenomenal. Best one I’ve ever had, the amount of lobster in it was perfect. The service was exceptional as well.

Amazing service and food. The BEST lobster roll anywhere!! Huge pieces of lobster, fresh and great tasting. The fish and chips were also excellent and everything was hot, freshly made and very tasty.

I’ve eaten here a few times , and as amazing as the food is, it’s really the service that keeps me coming back. Some of Nova Scotia’s finest, they make ya feel like family. Also the lobster rolls go CRAAAAAZY, I don’t know where they get the bread but it’s probably the best in the city

Would have been all 5 stars if they would bring in Kraft tartar sauce or make something comparable! Todays was awefull

Amazing staff and super friendly! The food is great, fish is always fresh, pizza has amazing sauce. The Lobster rolls are top tier from what my girlfriend tells me. Would recommend to anyone
