All the employees under 25 years old are incompetent. Either get no sugar in the coffee because they can't refill the machine or a ton of coffee grounds. Only good time to go here is in the early morning

I ordered bagel. I told pls change gloves before making my order. The Indian lady in the morning shift told that we have a big line up so we don't have time. Didn't respect our order as we are vegetarians.
No bread for a sandwich at lunch time but it was the rude and impolite person taking my order that earned this 1 star review. Take your business somewhere else.

I walk through with my friends and family there was big line up but all are just doing drive through nobody help the counter girl whereas give $8 tip to cashier may be she is indian girl name as "nice friend " her customer service are great she treat all customer with smile and with eye contact rather than she is tooo busy and alone her smile remain same she make my day great .5 stat for indian long height girl .

Ordered 2 tea steeped with 2 milk. Once again received 2COFFEE. No Tim bits ,no Apple fritters no other good ones ,but hey you offered him Pizza. What a jokeWe will not be returning to your Establishment. Tim Horton would be spinning in his grave. And it’s not just your store it’s many Tim’s
