Gagndeep was rude to the kids working and the service from her was awful. Grounds in my coffee and when I went back to complain and ask for a new coffee the next ones had grounds as well. I feel bad for the kids working with her..Clearly things are not even getting rinsed let alone cleaned… not impressed.

Slowest Tim's I have ever used. Airport Tim's you don't even need to frigging stop they are so fast. As a rule the only time I go is if they have 0 cars in the drive-thru and still take 10 minutes. No I do not want to call the number your about to provide and from all the other reviews maybe fixing the issue would be a better use of your time. That many reviews should warrent an answer about what changes are being made.

They never get the order right and are slow and rude. They did not supply the belt I paid for and even if they supply it they don't make it right. Bagels are stale and food is cold by the time you get it. Go to another Tim Hortons.

This is by far the worst Tim Hortons in Nova Scotia. The staff are incredibly rude, the wait time is the most unprofessional aspect, and the overall experience is hardly acceptable. I recommend going to any other Tim Hortons period, unless rude staff, unbelievable wait times and mediocre beverages and food is your thing.

If you don’t have 20 minutes to wait inside or 30 min to wait in the drive through then don’t waste your time! Kept going back to give them the benefit of the doubt but Its just getting worse and they have more then enough staff. I’ll make the drive to enfield, they’re 5x’s faster.
