They're fast as they can expected to be at certain times of the day. Courteous, friendly & very willing to help if your order isn't right. They do make good coffee, about 70-85% of the time. They sometimes don't think to check their sugar/cream machines, and it seems like I'm sometimes taking a chance here about how good the coffee will be. All depends on who's working there. It's almost always super busy here at lunchtimes because of the high school next door. I've gotten the wrong order or had something missing from my order a few times - just because it is so so busy. The staff are amazing though and super friendly.
