Small quaint dining area with plenty of laughs and good homemade features. The bread is made in house cut into thick toast with homemade strawberry jam you are not able to buy. The baked beans are made fresh in the morning and we would arm wrestle for the chow if down to the last one. A true jewel of an Acadian heritage

A unique culinary experience! Prepare to be treated to homemade dishes and pies! I tried the Rappie Pie and my dad got his favorite- the fish cakes, beans and soup. It was my first Rappie pie and it set a high bar should I try it again in the future. Everything was delicious! I recommend getting there early for lunch as the place does fill up. Also, give yourself a generous amount of time to enjoy - it’s a small operation and a lot of love goes into every bite!

THE ACADIAN TEA ROOM....First time at this little hidden gem food and service was amazing and the whole place was decorated with things you could BUY from oil paintings to wreaths the atmosphere was perfect for a morning breakfast with mom and my babe ...mom had a cup of tea with the Acadian breakfast and me and my lady both had the fisherman's breakfast .... everything was amazing...new spot for breakfast 🍳🥐plans ❤️

Our new favourite spot hidden off the beaten path! Highly recommend if you need good food with that local Scotian service we all love! I got the eggs benny with fish cakes, amazing, and regretting not taking the chow as suggested 😤. We will be back!

Excellent food, excellent service. Pretty much everything on your plate is hommade, including the pickles and the jam. 10/10 would stop again

The cafe is just one of the reasons to stop. There is a great museum on site that offers guided tours for a very reasonable price. B

The Rappie pie was delicious and they will give you some fancy molasses on request. Molasses being the traditional condiment I was raised with. I had it with the soup of the day - chicken noodle. I also had the gingerbread with lemon sauce that was also very good. The coffee was amazing.

Best breakfast buffet ever! Just like going to my grandmother's house as a kid and being served a breakfast fit for a lumberjack - fruit, juices, coffee, tea, yogurt, eggs bacon, ham, sausage, fish cakes, hash brown potatoes, baked beans, biscuits, cinnamon rolls with cream cheese icing and breakfast sandwiches!! You need to try this place!

Out of the way little French Acadian spot. Everything fresh, home cooked and very good. Reasonably priced as well.
