Went through drive through today around 3:10pm (Thursday). The staff there at the time were excellent! I was super clumsy and spilled my ice cap(s) tray of 3 all over my seat and the worker said, oh be careful, but I wasn’t lol. Just the way they helped out by offering to make another one was very kind and they made it super quick. Thanks for being thoughtful and kind in the drive through. Excellent customer service - keep being you:)
Not sure what has changed here but it has become a very slow drive through and you might get what you ordered...
This maybe wishful thinking but I hope someday they can figure out how to serve a donut without putting thumbs squished into it .also .if you order a French vanilla it would be nice it it taste like one and not dirty dish water ..and lastly if there are 10 people in line inside and only 1 person serving but you have 5 employees working drive through would in not make since to have one employee come and help front counter??
