Incredible meal (tried two of their famous burgers) with attentive and quick service. This was such a nice little spot that we happened upon on the Cabot Trail. Hope other travellers get the good fortune to pop in here and the locals are lucky to have a delish go-to pub like this! Didn’t get the name of our fabulous waiter but all the staff were efficient, attentive and pleasant! Thanks Coastal Restaurant :)

Our family ordered lobster, haddock and scallops for takeout. Friendly staff. The food was amazing! Fresh and delicious. Even our dog got a treat. Highly recommend!

Loved the food. Everything I ordered was on point. Service was great. Quick, no delays.

Stopped for dinner after spending the day exploring the Ingonish area. The staff were very sweet and welcoming and the menu was extensive! I wish I could have tried more but the portions were generous and I could barely finish my meal. I had the grilled chicken focaccia sandwich (as seen on You Gotta Eat Here) and my partner had the Santa Fe chicken wrap. Both were delicious! Highly recommend 10/10!

We wandered in after a lovely day of travel. this place was recommended to me by some friendly locals. the place was packed but we only needed to wait a few minutes for a table to clear. the music was great and the packed restaurant was loud. the staff was fantastic and the uniform shirts are hilarious 😂. I had the chicken waffles poutine and it was scrumptious and the fancy blue drink was refreshing.

Fantastic selection and incredible experience from the staff. Served by N8 the Magnificent. Humorous and prompt service. Had the famous ringer burger and poutine. Girl friend has celiac disease and vegetarian: they had options for that that wasn’t a salad. Great food. I’ll def stop again.

We had dinner at Coastal Restaurant & Pub and really enjoyed it. We ordered the “Philly Silli”, the “Onion Burger”, and a kids’ meal for our daughters, and everything was great. The highlight was the dessert: a cinnamon roll with ice cream served in a skillet—spectacular! Plus, the waiter was very friendly with the kids. Definitely an experience worth repeating.

Delicious food and wonderful service! We were hungry and worried we wouldn't find anything but came across this place, saw lots of cars on the lot and gave it a try! I had scallops and hone cut fries; hubby had the lobster Sammy. Both were yummy! Decided in the cinnamon roll dessert and that was wonderful! Staff worked hard and like a well oiled machine! We bought a bottle of their delish ringer sauce that they are known for!
