Mediocre sushi at best, salmon does not taste fresh, and it's a double wrap of rice each roll, I basically paid $60 for rice. I seen some good reviews but I'm sorry you're not getting a good review from me with all the other sushi places around I would never come back here again

This place is convenient and the service is very friendly. The rolls were unfortunately not very good. The rice was mushy and there was so much rice on the rolls. The salmon was slimy and did not taste fresh. This is the Valley and I didn't expect perfectly authentic sushi, Japanese or Korean otherwise, but I was disappointed it wasn't better.

Wow! Not hard to tell why this place has such good reviews. Once I got in the door I was promptly greeting by a very happy and friendly man who quickly got my order together very quickly while making sure I had everything needed The ingredients were very fresh, and the portion sizes are excellent! I have never had a Miso soup like theirs, normally you get two or three tiny 1cm square pieces of tofu, and a few strips of seaweed, but this was loaded with both and plenty of mushrooms as well! This gave it a much more full umami flavor and was amazing! I also had their dragon roll which had everything very well balanced, even the sauces on top. Each bite was a delight. I'm used to sushi having a notable rice vinegar undertone,.but this has a much more neutral flavour allowing you to truly appreciate and savour everything else

The location is very nice. There is an outdoor eating area with many benches and chairs to eat at behind the building. It is very pretty. On the way to the eating from the restaurant, you get to view a beautiful hand painted mural. There are many flowers and satisfying visuals. The food is great and I LOVE their soy sauce. Usually I don't care much for soy sauce in the ways my fiance does, but I LOVE theirs.
