Cups aren’t full when cold drinks are being made, incorrect orders are consistent. Ordered tea, got coffee, ordered a quencher, got lemonade. Staff seems constantly annoyed and rude.

Ordered a buffalo ranch wrap with a large iced coffee and a doughnut. man at the window just sticks the debit machine at me, and hands me a medium. I try to correct him and say it was supposed to be a large and he just says “no medium” when I clearly paid for a large and it was on the drive-through screen that I ordered a large. The donut was stuffed in a bag with napkins all over it sticking to it and the wrap had none of the ingredients that it was even supposed to have on it. It was just a bunch of lettuce, tomato and chicken with no sauce. No rice or anything like that. please for the love of god just tell me you can’t make it or you’re missing ingredients instead of selling me something that isn’t even made right. I feel scammed and ripped off. i’m not even one to normally make a review nor complain about an incorrect item, but this was just pure negligence. Come on.

Wish they kept bigger one open. This is tiny drive thru and pick up counter. No dine in. Lot of times they're out of things and few of workers have rude , roll of eye, sighing attitude. Always flies in the store around food. Not very clean.

I’m a regular of this Tim Hortons. I order a red eye iced capp normally.

The staff here always make me feel like that is such a huge ask or that I’m being inconvenient by ordering something that’s literally on the menu.

Today I went through the drive through at 7pm. The staff did not look at me, just said “debit?” And stuck the machine in my window. Passed me out an iced cap that is visually not right and then closed the window ignoring me.

I feel that the lack of communication from the staff at this location is glaring. I’ve come to expect a smile and maybe a have a good day in a Tim’s drive through. This location is more like glares and guilt.

It’s almost comical how much this happens. Tims you have a problem.

Everytime I go to this Tim Horton's, most stock is out. However, it is 24 hours so that makes up for it. The staff are usually friendly, and the drinks taste the best of the Tim's in the valley.

We went into Tim’s for the second day in a row. And the debt machines just didn’t want to work. I had to get my boyfriend to transfer me the money off his card we tried to use, just to pay for our order. They explained the debt machine has been acting up. We tried again today and got the same result so we just left. No need to have to go in anymore if they can’t even have Debt machines that work. Very embarrassing.
