Delicious food and friendly staff. The shop is rustic and pretty, and the location was beautiful on the sunny day I visited.Wheelchair accessibility: There are indoor and outdoor steps if you use the side entrance.

I usually buy their seed bread at the Superstore. I love bread and this is the best. I only wish it was available in more Dartmouth stores.

I love their breads, cookies, pastries and other items. Typically just grab some buns or bread. Venture down the stairs to the coolers and grab a thing of sausages or something else that catches my eye. Hit or miss with some items but they aren't made there. In store cheese and herb bread is amazing. Also the oatmeal chocolate chip cookies ?. Can't say I've had anything that could wasn't good at the bakery. The scones are top notch and although rich the black bean brownies were good.

There's really nothing I can say that hasn't already been said here. There's a reason this place gets such great reviews; it's great! Absolutely love the fact that you can get quality baking and then head down the stairs to check out the artist co-op and bookstore without going outside. Amazing patio/wharf out back for summer months and a must visit for a cool artist vibe that is much less busy than the touristy Lunenburg area.
