“We spent New Year’s Eve in this beautiful restaurant. Service was excellent. The menu was perfect it can accommodate everyone’s taste. The homemade ravioli with lobsters was our favorite dish, it was delicious. My main with shrimps and the pasta fregola was also very good but unfortunately too salty.For desserts, I would have preferred something lighter with fruit, but I guess it’s just my personal preference.We had a very good time, it was a great experience.”

“Cool spot to stop in. We did after going to said dollar beach just down the road. Has alot of neat things and good food and some snacks for the road. Service was a little slow the day I was there, but, it was slow because it was busy! Tables were full and a steady stream of people coming in and out. Will be back ”

“This local ice cream shop really hit the spot with tasty flavours, a nice mouth feel, and big portions. I believe we had ice cream several times before we left the town. There are certainly some unique and solid classics. The cream %ge is certainly on the lower end with some ice crystals but smooth enough for great satisfaction.”

This spot has an excellent view of the harbour, modern decor, and friendly staff. There could be more to like on the menu, but it's difficult to tear myself away from the Detroit dishes.Parking: Street parking is hit or miss depending on the season, but that applies to most of Lunenburg.Wheelchair accessibility: Easily accessible with a wheelchair.”

“I was just in Lunenberg for the day, I stopped by for a quick lunch and coffee. The service was great, quick and friendly. My sausage on a bun had fresh sauteed peppers and onions that were great not overcooked to mush... the decaf coffee was hot and fresh. The carrot cake was nice and moist with just enough icing on it.I definitely will go back on my next trip to Lunenberg!!!”

“We had the Popeye's spinach and crab dip, and it was amazing, piping hot, rich and savory. I had the Cajun stew entree and it was phenomenal, rich, spicy and hearty. For dessert we had the bread pudding and it was great as well, rum soaked raisins and just the right level of sweetness. I can't remember our server's name ? but she was outstanding all around, positive and helpful. Prices (bearing in mind inflation) were reasonable as well. Yeah, this place is an absolute no-brainer, bring your date here!! Go! Go nowwww...... ?”

“We, two indecisive weary travellers, stopped in for a quick “snack” ( not a full meal)to tie us over till supper time… the staff here were so kind and helpful, and suggested we split a pulled pork bun. “Ko's Restaurant is honestly the best Chinese food on the South Shore. I was recently dining there and the table across from us had even mentioned that they drive down from Halifax because of the quality of food and service. Personally, I had lived in Toronto for the past decade and can confidently say that Ko's is second to none, even in comparison to restaurants in the larger metropolitan areas.”

Sauce wasn't overpowering and toppings were plenty and delicious. Price a tad expensive, but that seems to be the norm for this town.If this place was on the west coast, it would absolutely be rated higher than it is here. Would recommend to friends visiting the area looking for a pizza.”

“Of all the Subway stores I have visited this is my favourite, which I know is a funny thing to say, as all Subway franchises are supposed to offer a similar experience. So what makes this place so special? Besides being in the beautiful town of Lunenburg, I love their lobster sandwiches (available during lobster season), the service is friendly, while the view of the Waterfront from the back of the restaurant is lovely.”
