“A friend and I drove down from the city to visit this tea shop. What a wonderful experience. The owners are lovely friendly people. They took the time to explain different teas as well as their favourites. The scones and tea were delicious. There are lots of neat things to see in the store and to get for the “hard to buy for friend”. I can’t wait to take my visitors this summer to see this treasure. Thank you Amy and Dean.”

“Very creative and tasty savory hand pies. The selection is slightly limited but I believe it varies day by day. We picked up four pies for four of us, plus some drinks, and sat outside for lunch after a nice walk on the Dynamite trail.”

“Today I stopped by Keliza's to pick an item up and left feeling amazing. Not only is this store awesome, but these ladies are so friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. They have a wealth of info to share and if they don't have an answer, they are quick to refer you to someone who does. They lend an ear when needed and make you feel like you are important. If you haven't been to their store stop by and say hi, you won't regret it. Mahone Bay is so lucky to have them so let's support our local stores!! ♥️♥️”

“All I can say is WOW! I took my boyfriend out for dinner here tonight as it’s been on my horizon for a while and i’m so glad we finally went. The duck was delicious, moist and so flavourful. My boyfriend had the rabbit and it was so tender and the carrots with this was fantastic.”

“Food was great, however service left something to be desired on our last visit. Reservation was for the incorrect amount of people. The main dish came out before the appetizers. All mains were brought out at a different time, and everyone else was finished eating before I got mine. My appetizer was brought out when I was ready to leave. It was definitely busy, but should be more prepared. I will still go back, because the food is great.”

I can eat out and genuinely feel good afterward. Between the quality of the food, the friendly staff, and the small community vibes, you can tell there’s a lot of care and love put into both the food and the experience. “Great salad, great cocktails. Pasta is not homemade and it shows compared to previous location. Suspect sauces are not homemade as they were not as bold as last location. No scallops, a favorite of mine. Only one desert, Tiramissou, did not try. Great service and great atmosphere.”
