I find Tim Hortons is hit and miss. We don't go daily as we have better coffee at home, but anytime we are driving to or from outdoor activities we stop in. Hot chocolate is only decent 70% of the time. The other time, it's boiled water with reminance of chocolate powder or its all stuck in the bottom of cup. We always go in, rather than drive thru. Will have to start opening and testing drink before we leave for now on. The staff are usually friendly and efficient though.
I've had one good experience food wise, other than that it's so so. The coffee is okay for people who don't like coffee and load it with extras. I can't say I've ever had service that wasn't friendly, but the wait time, or times they've been out of something and didn't inform me until a bit later is disappointing. I'd much rather grab a coffee at the Irving next door. Some people swear by Tim's, it's just okay in my opinion. Service is very friendly at this location.
