Our friend Heather introduced us while we were on a visit. We are all interested in food, movement and health and my wife is vegan, so to find a lunch where everything on the menu worked. Not just that, the service was excellent and I'd have loved to have had the opportunity to try more, but we don't live there.

Some deep fried items are little bit dark. Overall good.
Atmosphere, if there is group and families, that would be a bit noisy.
Drinks are awesome, from the cocktail to the mocktail selection and even the coffees.

Have been touring NS for a week and a half and this is the most refined food we have come across. The dining environment is casual but the attention to detail is anything but. The flavors are complex but harmonize so well. The lovely staff is a cherry on top; thanks Ashley & Co!

Just visiting for a week but have already eaten here twice. Fantastic pastries, great oat milk lattes! On my second visit, I added some warm chocolate chip cookies to my order and I'm in love. 🥰😍

Did a lunch special, chicken sandwich. Sampled and ordered a local beer. We used to go to m&m in their old cafe location and still enjoy going. I do wish I could get their mocha in a big-gulp format.

Absolutely delicious! What a creative and delightful meal. The fish cakes were amazing, truly a cut above any of the usual. The fish taco (raw tuna and watermelon!) was inventive and exquisite. Really yummy! The coffee is excellent and the cookies and pastry were also top notch.

Had an absolutely wonderful and unexpected lunch here while passing through Liverpool. The food is innovative and delicious. I wish I lived closer so we could enjoy it more often.
The chicken sandwich was absolutely fantastic, as was the pork gyoza and mushroom tempura. Friendly service and reasonable prices too! What a gem!
