Liverpool branch staff are rude and do not listen to customers when they order and when they complete the order they throw the food orders at you.. constantly yelling above the customer while the customer is ordering totally ignoring them. Orders are rarely correct any more.. highly considering switching to McDonald's soon.
Apparently they have a new service. After a simple order I was asked to go around the back to recieve my order. I assumed they had done renos since my last visit. This was where I received my order! Wow!!

Liverpool NS location is the absolute WORST Tim Hortons I have ever been to. Any time of the day there is little selection of donuts, people wait inline for a disgusting amount of time and rarely do they get your order right. The person taking your order is running their butt off while others are standing around and on their phones or talking in their language to eachother. Too bad there isnt another one in town, this one needs an overhaul, customer service is NOT given here!
