Service has become consistently terrible. Always busy. Long waits for small orders and more often than not (literally), I have to go back so they can fix something (wrong drink, no straws, ect) which takes a long time because the staff is so busy. One or more of the kiosk printers is usually broken so people don't even know what number they are. The staff are confused as to why no one is coming up! I had a great experience. Staff was accommodating & smiling and personally served me at my table.
Tried mobile ordering, they were very busy, it took 16 minutes...... 22 orders on their display board at the time. Lunch time on a Sunday.
