As I approached the Lower Sackville location, I could not tell if they were open or not. The open sign was not illuminated. I tried the door, it was open, I went in to place my order. The person who took my order was friendly enough but was unable to give me a clear answer on what my order would contain. I ordered yellow curry. The food was boring and bland...less spicy should not equal less flavour. The rice was definitely overcooked.
The food has been good most times I visit, but every time I order online and come 5 minutes past the pickup time and still have to wait 20 minutes. People who order after me seem to get their food first. It’s happened the last 3 times I have visited and definitely prevents me from ordering more often from this location

Big lineup so waited 30min near end of day. Unfortunately, compared to the ones in Toronto the Chicken Pad Thai was disappointing. Sauce was bland and a bit oily, not tangy and flavourful as I'm used to. Chicken was chewy and overdone. Service was friendly.
