Accidentally ordered 2 XL teas from Cobequid Tim's. Management acted like the $ came from her pocket and wouldn't help me out.Tim's Bedford Commons GAVE me a tea when I short a bit of change. Went back next day and personally gave the worker a $5 for being an awesome human!Two very different customer service approaches. Choose your Tim's location wisely ?

The worst customer service i have ever had at a tim hortons in my life. Went through the drive through, was told to go into a parking spot as it would be a few mins until my order was ready (sure not a problem, very understandable). I want for 15mins and not a single person comes to my vehicle. So i decide to enter the store, and ask about my order, was told by 1 of the team members it will be about another 5mins. I wait for a minute or two until some other team member says to me "oh wait you were the drive thru order, its been ready for like 5 mins now". Sort yourself out tim hortons, how hard is it to keep track of a simple coffee and wrap order in the drive thru, especially when half your stuff is pre cut and pre cooked. This company has gone downhill majorly and I will gladly spend my money elsewhere from now on.

Reported a problem on the Tims site Nov 30 and was told the restaurant would contact me within 2 days. At Dec 11 there has been no contact from the restaurant.Problem reported was that the Bailey's donut was stale, did not have any filling, and had flavorless stuff on top, so failed totally.ETA: the reply is obviously standard cut & paste without reading the actual problem, as the problem was reported several weeks ago, and the restaurant has failed to follow up.

I come there 2 times a day every day for the last year and a half and every evening you always mess up my order.... how hard is it to understand medium tea double double with cream??? If they would listen pay attention instead of talking to each other and joking around wile your placing your order they would probably get the order right.

Went to get a wrap at 8:03 PM and they wouldn’t serve me any food because they close in an hours time and they had everything cleaned up and put away

Bagel with cheese. No cheese. Ice Capp is not iced/slush, just cold liquid. Fast service but might be worth slowing down for quality checks. The product wasn’t worth the money spent, especially during tight times like these. Customer service wasn’t bad but I wasn’t really acknowledged either. Drive thru AM.

Not good Tim Hortons Cobequid, arrived at the drive thru at 7:30am Saturday June 24th I order breakfast sandwich and a hashbrown to make a combo with a tea. You inform me you have no hashbrowns. I get to the window and you ask me if I would like extra bacon be you don't have an egg to put on my breakfast sandwich. You are serving breakfast correct. Poor customer service. I enjoy Tim's, but there is other options
