The worst customer service i have ever had at a tim hortons in my life. Went through the drive through, was told to go into a parking spot as it would be a few mins until my order was ready (sure not a problem, very understandable). I want for 15mins and not a single person comes to my vehicle. So i decide to enter the store, and ask about my order, was told by 1 of the team members it will be about another 5mins. Reported a problem on the Tims site Nov 30 and was told the restaurant would contact me within 2 days. At Dec 11 there has been no contact from the restaurant.Problem reported was that the Bailey's donut was stale, did not have any filling, and had flavorless stuff on top, so failed totally.ETA: the reply is obviously standard cut & paste without reading the actual problem, as the problem was reported several weeks ago, and the restaurant has failed to follow up.
