While this location is convenient, it is not always quick. The staff we encounter are usually very young and it is difficult to get their attention at the counter if they're busy talking in the back. Aside from giving allowances for new staff who are training, I often have trouble explaining that I want to buy boxed tea - not just a plain tea bag.
