Delicious

Went for my birthday dinner. Server was good but all food came out cold. Spinach dip was decent but enough garlic to kill a vampire. Caesar salad was 90% croutons. It was a super hot day and ac wasn't working and windows apparently dont open! It was so hot as soon as the food came i asked for boxes and the bill. Horrible birthday experience. Only went there as my mom is at end stage dementia and it was her favorite place. No compensation was offered. Wont be back

My coworkers and I get Tom’s somewhat frequently for lunch and normally it’s amazing. They can be a little busy. Today just rubbed me the wrong way. We usually call to place our order ahead of time but, they unplugged the phone today. The restaurant was packed and there were only 2 wait staff on the floor. I have noticed in the past that they are normally packed with only 2 wait staff which is crazy to me. How can you provide good service when you’re understaffing your restaurant? No complaints on the staff, they are doing what they can which is appreciated. The food today also wasn’t what it normally is. The wraps were dry and the onion rings were cold.

Great place to eat but my smach burger was dry and crumbly. And French fries chewy. My friend had breakfast and it looked delicious.

Went here last Saturday with a few friends and honestly it was such a solid choice for a relaxed weekend lunch. The chicken club sandwich was massive, packed with fresh ingredients, and came with a generous pile of fries on the side. Our server was super friendly and checked in on us without being overbearing, which I always appreciate. We'll definitely be adding Tom's to our regular rotation when we want somewhere comfortable and unpretentious.

I had the fish and chips. The fish was very good and was a good sized portion. The home cut fries were nicely cooked. The coleslaw was a nice touch though I have had better. My wife had the clubhouse sandwich and really enjoyed it. The service was good and a thumbs up to whoever chose the light bulbs as they create a nice, mellow atmosphere.

Not sure what happened with Tom's but its gone down hill. My husband & I waited for over a half hour for our meal, the waitress came to us & said the ticket for our meal fell behind wall & was missed, she said sorry its cooking now, dessert is on me. Im like do you mean on Tom's, she said no she has to pay for it. We said dont worry about it. We didnt want it to come out of her pay, I said management should offer something, she said there's no management on this day. When our meal arrived an hour & a half later, my toast was burnt.

Family food with a Greek focus

Two different times I ordered delivery and both times the chicken was Pink on the inside
The AI help chat said that it was perfectly safe to eat and refused to give me a refund. I spoke to the staff inside and they said that because it was through a delivery app that they cannot offer me a refund even though the food was unsafe to eat

Tom's seems to be a hit or miss with they're food. The last two times we have been there the food was cold and there was so much salt on the fries you couldn't even taste the fries just salt.
