We loved everything about our dining experience at Beach Pea!
From the cute decor to the excellent service (shout out to Justin) to the delicious gourmet food, this is a must try if you are in Lunenberg. Be sure to make a reservation as even on a Sunday evening it was very busy!
Our favourites were the Sepia pasta and the scallop & lamb risotto…and of course, the desserts (if you have to choose just one, the cheesecake is mouthwatering).
It is a very atmospheric restaurant in the heart of a historic town, with family-like service. Our recommendation is to try local Nova Scotia Halibut here. Their pastas are amazing. Also appreciated the service - my sister wanted a cup to go, which they did not have. So they went to a nearby place and got the cup!
One of our favourite restaurants in Lunenberg and a must go to when we visit every year. For this occasion I can't give 5 stars across the board. Best customer service was the hostess (Amanda) calling a couple hours before our reservation time to see if we had a preference for inside or patio. That was a great touch and was appreciated. We chose the patio which was an awesome dining ambience - quiet and shielded from the sun and wind but able to enjoy the outdoor weather....
