This Tim Hortons is excellent! The service is always lightning-fast, and the staff are incredibly friendly and welcoming. My order is always accurate and served with a smile.
Who scheduled 3 staff on Canada day? I feel so bad for the employees. As a fast food manager myself, I know that feeling. They were trying but 3 people is NOT enough to run ANY restaurant. Waited 30 minutes in the DT before going in and seeing that it was 3 very over worked staff. Treat them better, please
The drive-thru was moving so fast today, and the people at the window were just incredibly nice. Getting that quick, happy energy with my coffee completely made my morning. Such a good vibe today!
