We visited Betty's on a Thursday during their Celeigh night. The atmosphere was lively, and they had three course specials. We each had salad to start and chocolate mousse for dessert. I had the bruschetta pizza and my husband the white. Both were delicious! Can't day enough about our waitress - she was awesome! Highly recommend this spot.

7 of us walked in excited for pizza on a Sunday afternoon (3 kids in tow) and we were greeted with “you are suppose to make a reservation.” We should’ve left then because the rest of our experience was affected by this statement and how Amanda treated us the rest of the lunch. She didn’t smile once. She brought up the reservation issue again at table. Only spoke to take orders and didn’t interact once with us or the children to make any type of conversation. When we went to order the pizzas she brought up limited space in oven and that only 5 can be made. Seemed like we were an ongoing problem for her. Two of our party ended up leaving, including one child.I hate to leave a review like this but, we’re all a little annoyed with the experience and the truth needs to be said.The person running the pizza out was nice and said thank you when we left.Pizza didn’t have much sauce or flavour but, honestly we were more concerned about how we were treated. As of now, we won’t be back.I’ve met the owner before and she’s very friendly. It’s too bad the staff doesn’t vibe higher when she isn’t present. It’s better when Betty is in the kitch :)

We were disappointed in our dinner last night (Feb 17) and the service. We are regulars and always choose the Ford pizza to eat with our wine. It was our first time back after the reopening (Jan 26 weekend) and found to lack the toppings and the dough was chewy and tough. The pizza also looked to be smaller compared to the many times we had the Ford pizza previously. The service from our server wasn't the best as. Well. They did serve us, but did not check in with us to see how our meals was until we paid, and we did let her know how we found our meal. She did say they someone new was making the dough and pizzas but that was it.

Betty's is always a wonderful time -- excellent service, attitude, food and drink. It's like being at someone's well appointed, fine and friendly dinner party. Hostess with the mostess and so delish open hearth fired pizza. Just go. It's a cozy nest of a restaurant.

Went for a birthday lunch. Requested the Aloha pizza as it's my favourite. Walked in and the special was Kyle's Big Kahuna. Can't ask for better than that. Pizzas were fantastic as always.

As always, the food is fabulous and the serving staff a delight! I've loved everything I've ever ordered here at Betty's but I keep going back to the Ford pizza ... it's one of the best pizzas I've ever enjoyed!

the food and service was great, !!!The one disappointment was that we were all so cold throughout the lunch. We sat in the back and it was very cold. My strapping young son and elderly mother included. We asked to have the heat turned up but nothing changed. I'm not sure it can , its an older place. I did mention it twice to our server. I would go back for sure but if its winter I would sit in the front where the pizza stove is, toasty and warm.

The food was fairly good, although the edges of the pizzas were all burned a bit, and one of the pizzas was doughy in the middle. Four people getting basic pizzas and 3 soft drinks cost about $115 plus taxes and gratuity. The space was very cramped, the chairs were small and very uncomfortable. The table tops were far too small, with the table for four being an appropriate size for two people. Parking was poor. The restaurant did not really have much of a variety in the way of food, far larger drinks menu. I love to support local and support the independent eatery, but I think I will choose an alternative site in the future.

Those Betties always go above and beyond! From arrival to exit I always feel so taken care of. Danielle, you have truly created something special here! And all the fabulous staff making sure it was a wonderful evening for my friends - WOW top notch service. I'm a walking billboard for Betty's!!

They're trying but...a few niceties but service was lacking, staff loitering in the dining area, without offering service, one dish had an off smell, didn't finish. Overall not interesting, not special, no need to return.
