Good food and friendly staff. Unfortunately a little unorganized and forgot about some of our order - half of us were completely finished long before the remaining orders were

The crepes are arguably the best food to get in Lunenburg or Mahone Bay. Coffee is also very good.

Extremely rude lady at the counter, she kept saying "hello" expecting an answer from us when we said hello as we entered and she was too budy chatting with her colleague. Wish I never set foot there.

Should be named CREPE FEAR.The lady behind the counter of this was obscenely rude and came across as angry that we were even there. The crepes were overpriced and bad.If this restaurant was a person it wouldn’t have any friends.

Enjoyed the Hot Chocolate on a crisp April morning.

I never leave reviews, but I’ve never had such a horrible dining experience. I couldn’t eat my meal. The service was far from friendly. I was very disappointed. The apples were raw, and the crepe was filled with yogurt… which was not in the description.

$27 for crepe and regular coffee is quite steep. Atmosphere is fine. Coffee is tasty. It’s a nice little shop with no smiles and welcoming faces on sight. Definitely not your local spot.

I was excited to try this place in the morning for breakfast . Walked in about 30 mins after opening and ask if I could eat breakfast , I was then told that crepes and bakegoods are not breakfast and that I would have to wait 20 mins to order food ( 1 hour after opening hours) ... I sat down at a table for a coffee and waiting and 2 other clients were seated already. After 10 min the lady who was working ( owner or employee, not sure ) finally brought coffee to the other clients and for herself and sat with them enjoying her coffee . She never once offered a coffee or anything else while I was waiting to be served and her attitude was nonchalant from the start. I have never been served or actually not served in a cafe or restaurant this way before . I simply left and walked up the street to the next place and will never attempt to give my business to this establishment again . The lady in charge seems to be the issue with this place and I don't recommend it to anyone .

Has a full porch so you can eat at the outside tables with plenty of shade on a sunny day while watching the people wandering by.

Breakfast with friends. We had two sweet crepes (Marie and Julie) and one savory (Raymond). All were fabulous and huge. (Buckwheat batter is light, delicious and gluten free.) Their coffee is the best in the Maritimes! (Note: We were so delighted with our first visit, we returned the next day to try different flavors. Alas, they were not making crepes that day due to labor shortages.)

Older lady that was working the counter was not the most pleasant. We ordered the savoury crepes (Charles and Raymond). My hubby said his was fine but mine was lacking in taste. The concept of brie, apples and ham should have been better than it was but unfortunately lacked flavour and was dry. We were planning on ordering the blueberry cheesecake which looked delicious but as we were eating our meal the older lady working the counter was coughing a lot and into her hand. I watched her for about 10 minutes before we left (without ordering the cheesecake) and she did not wash her hands. Just kept talking and coughing into her hand. In this day and age of a pandemic (and working in the food industry) and sanitation, which by the way, should be a given considering that she works with food, it goes without saying we will never be back. Huge ick factor!

have frequented this establishment a number of times throughout the past year. Earlier during the spring when we visited we were greeted with excellent customer service excellent food and great coffee. So why only two stars? The last two times we visited the same friendly staff seem to be missing and we were greeted by an individual who seemed at best unhappy to be there and at worst annoyed they had to serve us. I haven’t been made to feel less welcome somewhere in quite some time. I am aware that the pandemic protocols in place May have played a part in frayed nerves perhaps. But I believe in giving the best customer service unless it’s warranted otherwise. I have also noted that on my last visit the crepe seemed to be less full of ingredients and smaller as well yet the price seem to stay the same which is on the higher end.

I really wanted to like this place. However, we were very disappointed because if they’d made some minor tweaks, the food would have jumped from “blah” to “yum”. In the apple/cheese crepe, don’t serve raw apples. Sauté them with onions, melt the cheese, spread the cranberry evenly, fold nicely, present more attractively than a torn crepe just shoved on a plate. For the berry crepe, heat the berries (get that orange out of there) until they give off juice. A bit of maple, simmer 2 minutes, add to hot crepe, whipped cream. Bam, delicious instead of raw fruit, no compote/sauce, in a dry crepe, no cream. The other meals were of similar quality, leaving us with that “if only they’d done x or y” feeling. Even the lattes were dull with only 2% as an option. Sadly we will not be returning.

We were surprised to see a coffee shop that serves crepes and breakfast food completely empty on a beautiful Saturday morning. That should have been a clue. The reasons soon became obvious. We ordered a savoury crepe, a sweet crepe, a coffee and my wife asked for hot water with a slice of lemon. In addition to the high priced crepes, were were charged $2.00 for the hot water. They have WIFI but the owner insists on entering the password into your phone or device. I asked for some syrup (not necessarily real Maple Syrup) for the sweet crepe. This was also an additional charge. I left feeling sorry for the young woman working in such an inhospitable environment. 2 crepes (no syrup), a coffee and a hot water, and a tip for the nice server = $50.00 I'll leave it to you to decide if that makes for a positive experience.
