The chower was very runny and the prawns were tasteless. This is coming from our family from England. Quite a disappointment. Oh well, skip it if you can.

Friday grill night was fantastic. We sat outside on the patio which had a great atmosphere with comfortable seating, fantastic live music and excellent food. The kind of place you want to stay all night. The grilled lobsters and mussels were all amazing!

3 of us arrived at our reservation time of 530pm on Friday night which was their grill night. The menu looked delicious. We sat on the patio on a very warm summer night. Once they fired up their grill we got severely smoked out by their green round BBQ, so did others. We chose to move inside so we didn't spend the rest of the night smelling like smoke. I ordered 30$ salmon, rice and grilled veggies. When my order arrived I could have easily put all the food on my plate into a small 1 cup, so that was disappointing, my grilled asparagus was purely a char stick and uneatable, my potatoes were 1/2 cooked and the 2 zucchini pieces were charred mush. The salmon tiny morsal was good. I was still hungry. My daughter ordered the lobster, which was less than 1 pound and must have been boiled in old water, it was tasteless. Her veggies were the same as mine, either undercooked, mush and all was charred. My grandson had a steak which he enjoyed. His veggies were the same as ours. Super disappointing meal and a total rip off. We went down the road and ordered tacos which were delicious. Don't waste your hard earned money here folks.

We had tenderloin and halibut on the grill and both were done perfectly. And the dessert was amazing. The owner’s mother’s recipe. Loose tea served in a bodum. Perfect meal! Worth the drive from HRM.

Everyone is insanely friendly- even the other customers, and especially the regulars. There is frequent live music, and I even tricked my little sister into liking Clamato with their phenomenal virgin Mateus Ceasar! Absolutely recommend for locals and tourists :)

We brought a table of six last Saturday evening, 5:30 reservation. I ordered an appetizer Caesar salad with a side of shrimp. Most of the meals were good but when one of our friends from the USA ordered dessert (cheesecake) he ended up with Franks hot sauce on the side! When our bill was being paid I saw that my appetizer salad with shrimp was $26.00. Very disappointing with the experience.

Came for dinner and didn’t have a reservation but the host was kind enough to double check if there was a spare table. Most other places were closed, closing, or fully booked so it was so nice that they could accommodate. Food and drinks were lovely as well.

Food tasted delicious. Not cheap, but fairly priced for the quality. Service wasn’t well organized. At times we had 3 servers check on us one right after the other. At times no one came. So after our meal, there was a long wait for dessert. Decor was nice and there was a live band out on the patio, but there was a very strong musty smell upon entrance and descent into the lower seating area. The toilet (1) was a bit dingy and not labelled on the door.
