One of the best cinnamon rolls I’ve ever tried in my life, but all the bakery products they have are delicious. Great atmosphere and atmosphere.

Cute coffee place. I really enjoyed the atmosphere and the space itself. Staff is very attentive. We visited it during the holidays, it was very busy. Our coffees were not particularly tasty, I chose a tea (London fog) the second time, it was much better. We also tried two different scones, we didn’t like them too much, it was either too sweet or too dry. The vegan chocolate and orange cookies were amazing. I also loved the fact that they sell local products.

When travelling throughout the province we make a point at stopping at cafes and social houses. Including Halifax have been to 70 or more. The Barn is our absolute favourite. The atmosphere is terrific, coffee and sweets are great as is the service. Plus we get to spend time walking around Mahone Bay.

Proper espresso and macchiato in a really funky café. Hot, strong with great service. Even the locals who were in and out for their coffees and pastries looked hip!
A warm and inviting space with delicious coffee drinks. My hubby had coffee and I had a latte, which had a nice deep and rich flavour.

Great tasting coffe!! They also have muffins, pastries and Quiche. I had a bacon cheese quiche to go and it was tasty although it could have been warmed up more.

Super friendly owner and staff, great coffee and food. Service is very good, but almost always a long wait. Seems to be a combination of the speed of the machines and sometimes not enough staff. It's a great local place though, and reflects really well on Mahone Bay.Vegetarian options: lots of tasty pastries, locally made.Parking: Lots of parking spaces, but it is frequently so busy sometimes the spots are all taken.

Charming coffee place with lots of nooks and cranny to choose from. Had their flat white and blueberry scone. Both were excellent. We sat on the 2nd floor which has 2 couches and plenty of tables anc chairs to curl up and read your book while having a sip.
