All around 3 star experience. Nothing special but nothing great. They often are out of things, like bagel options. Sometimes out of everything bagels by 8am in the morning. Seems to be a consistent issue. Also on more then one occasion I've seen the staff arguing or getting into spats, which is always uncomfortable.

This location is tired - everything is worn out and far from clean. The washroom was the dirtiest of any fastfood restaurant washrooms I have ever seen. Neither the service nor the food was up to the standard you can expect from Tim Hortons. Best go somewhere else for a quick bite...

Dirtiest Tim Hortons we have ever been too. Walls, doors full of dirt, flies everywhere, light fixtures are all dirty and full of flies, baby flies all over the tile walls. Needs a deep clean!

However the bathroom was super gross. Pee all over the mens seat, dead bugs, ripping paint.
No garbage cans to throw stuff away.

This place is filthy. Garbage all over the place, paint peeling off the walls, dirt on the signs and counters. Rusty heater in the bathroom. Ordered a couple ice coffee and it came fast but honestly I feel so turned off by the place I don’t know if I’ll drink it. You guys gotta get it together this is a nice town for tourists and it’s a disaster in there.
Disgusting food, rude staff and very dirty. Smells like sour milk in here and nobody cleans the tables. In the bathroom there was feces on the floor and piss.

I went into the store rather than sitting in a car with the engine running. Clearly the priority is to serve those too lazy to walk in. Understaffed.

The level of cleanliness at this Tim's is appalling. Dirt and dust bunnies all over the floor. Spilled coffee will sit there all day. Staff have been informed, and nothing has been done. If this is the state of the public area, I wouldn't want to see the food prep area. Do better, franchise manager. Get a night cleaner if you must.
