Have lived in Mahone bay for 2 years, this Tim Hortons the last 6ish months has been absolutely terrible, employees screaming at one another, food is never made correctly, after you pay for your order they then only tell you that they don’t even have the food available, so then your waiting around on a refund while lines are backed up out the door and into the road, and to top it off having to repeat my order 20 times before they just give up and guess what I’m trying to say, I think they need to shut the joint down for a week and retrain there staff entirely !

We were in the drive thru and order our drinks and couple of donuts. The guy on the window was very nice and while serving us there was women in the back named Britney was continuously passing racial comments on us. Then she tried to mess with our order and was refusing to make our order and she started cursing the guy who was trying to help us with our order. and the women was constantly telling the guy to tell us to leave from the drive thru. We are living in mahone bay from past 2 years and never had this experience before it was very awful and awkward experience at same. Company should take appropriate action on this asap.

Was here shortly after 7pm last night and just got sat down when we were all forced out of the store. Employee shut the lights off and aggressively told everyone that he has too much work to do so he’s closing early and wanted everyone out. They are supposed to close at 8. Apparently the manager gave him permission which was even more concerning. This will be the LAST time we ever visit this location.

Don’t usually write reviews but I had to for this one. Garbage all over the floor in the main area and no trash can in sight, service was poor (they got my order wrong and I had to go back), and the bathroom was disgusting. Will not be going back personally.
On our way out of Mahone Bay this morning, my husband and I ordered farmers wraps. They put cumin on the hashbrowns! I can’t eat cumin, so thanks for letting me know. Now I’m on the road for 4 hours without breakfast. Super disappointed ☹️

I have showed up around 9pm several times now wanting to get drinks and food and all times they have been closed with all lights off and not even a sign on the door explaining why they are closing early. Seems to be certain ones at this location feel they can do what they please and only work what hours they want to work . Very frustrating when you show up to a restaurant that is supposed to be open and they are closed.

Placed an order, had to request my tea a second time, and show the receipt I requested to get it, the had two apple fritters for dessert first bite was fine. Second bite the donut was frozen solid. ,sadly my wife was the same. Service and quality has gone down hill sharply at this outlet. Sad for the money you pay.

We stopped in at this Tim Hortons while we were visiting in Mahone Bay. My husband and I used the bathrooms first. My husband said the men’s bathroom smelled like urine. The cleanliness of the bathrooms was deplorable. Because of that we did NOT order any food.
