On our way out of Mahone Bay this morning, my husband and I ordered farmers wraps. They put cumin on the hashbrowns! I can’t eat cumin, so thanks for letting me know. Now I’m on the road for 4 hours without breakfast. Super disappointed ☹️

I have showed up around 9pm several times now wanting to get drinks and food and all times they have been closed with all lights off and not even a sign on the door explaining why they are closing early. Seems to be certain ones at this location feel they can do what they please and only work what hours they want to work . Very frustrating when you show up to a restaurant that is supposed to be open and they are closed.

Placed an order, had to request my tea a second time, and show the receipt I requested to get it, the had two apple fritters for dessert first bite was fine. Second bite the donut was frozen solid. ,sadly my wife was the same. Service and quality has gone down hill sharply at this outlet. Sad for the money you pay.

We stopped in at this Tim Hortons while we were visiting in Mahone Bay. My husband and I used the bathrooms first. My husband said the men’s bathroom smelled like urine. The cleanliness of the bathrooms was deplorable. Because of that we did NOT order any food.

Somehow manages to run out of hash browns every morning. It’s 7am on a Saturday and they had none. Embarrassing

Too much attitude problem with the staff. Don't understand English, placed wrong order and still was trying to prove that we were wrong.

Fairly anything here to pick from. Always slow. Fairly makes things correctly and this is y half of me and co works never come here. There is limited in mahonebay as it is to eat at and this just makes it worse for finding food at lunch.

We stoped at Tim Hortons for three things, one drink and a breakfast sandwich and chicken wrap the drink was wrong, the chicken wrap is very wet and my breakfast sandwich wasn’t cut and there wasn’t what I order. The language barrier was expected, but it’s certainly adds a confusion for both parties. The product knowledge was lacking and quality was well below subpar. For the price it’s not worth a return.

I got charged twice and the supervisor thr has no attics to deal with customer her reply was i am busy can’t talk or see the transaction in a rudee toneee
If she don’t wanna be thr just let anyone else have a job.

My first Tim Hortons experience. Much better than I had been told! Both the roast beef sandwich and the coffee were solid choices. I would eat there again.

All around 3 star experience. Nothing special but nothing great. They often are out of things, like bagel options. Sometimes out of everything bagels by 8am in the morning. Seems to be a consistent issue. Also on more then one occasion I've seen the staff arguing or getting into spats, which is always uncomfortable.

This location is tired - everything is worn out and far from clean. The washroom was the dirtiest of any fastfood restaurant washrooms I have ever seen. Neither the service nor the food was up to the standard you can expect from Tim Hortons. Best go somewhere else for a quick bite...
