Fry Daddy’s - Fry & Grill

From the service to the food we have always had a great experience. Our family keeps going back for the fish, chicken strips, Brisket Grilled cheese, and club sandwich. Highly recommend! Oh yeah don't forget to try the ice-cream cookie sandwich...so yummy!

Visited this place now multiple times with friends and family and the food has been consistently amazing. service has been pretty good and have had no complaints! would definitely recommend as the quality is above average and the prices are reasonable.

I went for wing night/potato skin night (Thurs). Got 15 wings Franks hot sauce, breaded. They were great, came out piping hot, well cooked. Breading was good. I decided to get the large tossed salad instead of skins. It was very good as well but the tomato was chopped a bit too finely, tended to end up at the bottom of the bowl and not 'forkable'. All in all I very much enjoyed it!

I walked In with my son with a smile on our faces, got in ordered a two large soft serve ice creams, we got it looked down and there was 50% of the ice cream we usually get. Both of us already annoyed my son looked down at his ice cream and saw blood inside of his ice cream we looked at my sons mouth and the cone ended up cutting his gum open. we ending up throwing those ice creams out not ordering again. (1 Star)

The first time my buddy and I tried this place it surprised us we have returned a few times and it has been great the staff is friendly fast food is awesome and the place has a good decor and clean it’s great place going again today 😁

We absolutely love Fry Daddy's. The food is fantastic, portion sizes are perfect, The servers are amazing... So pleasant and friendly. Terri is the absolute best. She instantly becomes an old friend. The music isn't too loud. It's our family's favorite place to go.

Ordered takeout. Meals were missing multiple items and overall the food was poor quality. Contacted the restaurant about the issues and all they wanted to do was haggle over a refund amount. Service seems to be a frequent issue here.

We visited Fry Daddy’s in Middle Sackville to celebrate my uncle’s 50th birthday, and unfortunately, it was one of the worst dining experiences we’ve had — and that’s saying something, as many of us have worked in or owned restaurants before. There were only two groups in the entire place: a small group of three outside on the patio, and our group of ten seated inside. So just to be clear — they were not busy. Staff were walking around, cleaning tables, and it was overall a quiet afternoon. Some people in our group did enjoy their meals, myself included, but others didn’t — and on top of that, the service was frustrating. We had a few small issues like missing utensils, asking the waitress to find out about what brand of dressing they use for their salads (never got answered so they ordered something else) but there were two major problems that really stood out: 1. The lemon in the water: My grandfather asked for lemon in his water. The waitress forgot, which is understandable — but what happened next was not. We watched her go over to the bar, grab a slice of lemon with her bare hand (no gloves, no handwashing, no tongs), and then drop it into the glass — pressing it down with her fingers so it was fully submerged. That was enough for my grandfather to decide not to drink it. 2. The chicken parm & Pepsi spill: My cousin ordered the chicken parm dinner and said it was awful — no flavor, dry, and topped with what tasted like tomato soup. Several of us tried it and agreed it was inedible. (His mother ordered the same thing and hers wasn’t as bad as his, but still not great.) While rushing food out to the patio, the waitress passed by and quickly said “How is everything?” without stopping, so only one person heard her. Later, when she returned from the patio, I told her about the issue with my cousins food and she replied, “That should have been mentioned during my quality check,” and said she would get the manager. (Half of our family was like, “what quality check?” Because she didn’t stop to actually check in and talk with us.) Twenty minutes went by. No manager came over. Then the waitress accidentally spilled a full cup of Pepsi all over my cousin — covering his plate, his clothes, my aunt, and her brand-new white shoes, and even soaking the birthday cards. She helped clean it up, but instead of the manager speaking to us, the waitress came back and said we’d get half off the meal. That was it. No apology, no manager interaction at all. Just a rushed discount for a ruined meal and a soaked guest. We reluctantly paid and left, but none of us will be returning. It wasn’t a busy night, it wasn’t chaotic — it was just a lack of care and professionalism across the board. I wouldn’t recommend Fry Daddy’s based on this experience.

Went with my family tonight for my uncles 50th.

My cousins food was absolutely terrible, no flavour or anything. He wanted to tell the waitress how bad it was but her check in was her walking by and out the door saying “is it good?” And no time to reply.

So- then to top it off we wait 15 minutes for a manager to come over and talk to us. The waitress pours pop all over my cousin and on his food that was gross- and then the waitress says “the manager said to give you half off.” Not even the decency to come over.

We won’t be back. The food was fine but the service was terrible.

Edited: the pop stained my aunts new shoes and got all over my uncles birthday card 👌🏼

chicken parmesan had no flavor and the noodles didnt have any flavor but my service was good besides the food ! But don't think I'll be back
