When you’re at the drive-through window, the person tells you the price , then you scan your card , most of them do not look back to check to see if the price changed because of a discount I was paying cash. The girl did not check to see if there was a price change. Also, the girl did not offer my change back and when I actually asked for it back, she rudely grabbed it from her tip cup passed it to me. I asked her for a napkins. She was a very rude. Yes, I’m expecting to hear from the manager Not acceptable at all, and this would not have happened six months ago the total staff change I used to go in there and people were always happy

Decided to make a quick dinner stop at this Tim’s on our way out of the City and was in a bit of a hurry but my 7-year old needed the restroom so we went inside instead of the drive thru. Wow. What a bright, clean restaurant. We ordered our pizzas from friendly and helpful Yasmeen, and thinking it would take a while, visited the restrooms. Wow, again. Very clean! And, our order was waiting for us when we came out! Deliciously hot cheese and pepperoni pizza that my daughter said was even better than mine! Won’t hesitate to return to this location. It’s a bit out of the way but worth the stop!
