Went into the store to place order and it took a long time for staff to realize they had quite a long line in front of them. Couple in front of us left without ordering. Once we got to order it came out fairly quickly.

Today was the third time I went inside and left after 5 minutes as no one had come to the counter to take my order. Third time is the charm, I will not try again.

Slower than the second coming of Christ and some of the staff are rude (long brown hair older white lady needs training on how to get orders together quickly and how to talk to staff and customers without sounding like a horrible person.)

Aah Tim Hortons... have to go there several times a day ?. Easy choice of drinks and food. If you are passing through Nova Scotia I recommend the roasted beef and cheddar sandwich. On the other hand, if you like latte coffee, you won't find any in Cape Breton.

I’m speaking only to the Kingswood location because this is the first time in a long time I received upbeat and friendly service. As a bonus, I was in and out within minutes.
