Sadly it was not a good experience. We waited in line for close to 15 minutes for (it seemed) the entire staff to stop what they were doing and was working on this one lady's order. Short of the drive through staff, it appeared to us as she was either someone who works there or is well known. Sge did not ask for this service . Sour cream plain donuts are a favorite of mine but ate very hard to find. we called this outlet on our way up the valley and was told they would make a dozen for us to pick up....great service!

The food is amazing but they always seem to get my order wrong or they leave out certain parts of my order. Also every local Tim hortans in my area including this one there is always some sort of fight going on inside between customer and staff.
