I really like this restaurant.I like the onion rings and the root beer in a frosted mug especially. However twice now I have gone in to enjoy this simple pleasure and been greeted with ..."you can't get the root beer because the dishwasher is off"
And today I had to tell the server that I thought that was ridiculous given that it was 40 minutes before closing time AND I was the only customer in the restaurant. After arguing the point with me ,the server then offers me the rootbeer in a Frosted mug.I am not going to beg for a pop ...no matter what.
Why do restaurants get it right (sooo right)only
to then sabotage the whole thing.?
I'm so disappointed in the doltishness of the staff here.They need a huge lesson in priorities.

An employee came out from behind the kitchen area and cleaned off and wiped all the tables, I was shocked. Good you!The beef patties are still the same size which was nice to see. Not shrunken down like the restaurant with the golden arches.

I just had a wonderful experience at the East River Rd A&W. The staff were so kind and quick and the service was just amazing. The food was great as always but the two folks working today were just fantastic. They helped me make a decision, delivered the meal to the table (and out to cars in the rain), and the place was spotless.

Enjoyed a great, affordable breakfast with my parents who are visiting from Mexico. Good coffee, warm food, friendly staff and a clean restaurant!
My burger and fries luke warm at best, My mothers chicken burger and fries were luke warm at best as well. I watched the cook have our food ready in one minute as it had been obviously been sitting there for sometime. :(
