I just had a wonderful experience at the East River Rd A&W. The staff were so kind and quick and the service was just amazing. The food was great as always but the two folks working today were just fantastic. They helped me make a decision, delivered the meal to the table (and out to cars in the rain), and the place was spotless.
Breathe of fresh air compared to McDonald's or Wendy's around here. Staff are polite and prompt. Restaurant is clean. Food taste great. My 7 year old commented our new favorite restaurant. Bravo.

An employee came out from behind the kitchen area and cleaned off and wiped all the tables, I was shocked. Good you!The beef patties are still the same size which was nice to see. Not shrunken down like the restaurant with the golden arches.
