Went there and order the veggie burger and when came back home i got beef burger then had to go back to replace it. Then they did not even apologize and showing attitude for no reason. Worst experience ever in my life . Never going back. Please stop being racist to us indians.

My wife and I was at the New Minas Nova Scotia location today. The service was awesome, the food was amazing, the restaurant was clean. We talked to the owners told him he was doing it right. The onion rings were not burnt, the burgers were not rubbery. Best A&W I have been in for a long time. Thank you to the owners and staff.

The counter person is very rude and racist. I visited near 8:00 pm and the old lady with spex deal very unprofessionally. Worst service got from A&W. They should know how to deal with customers.

Had great service here tonight, my wife got extra pickles and Mayo on her burger and the fellow working asked if she wanted dill pickles and bread and butter pickles. Then he brought our order over to our table when it was ready. The food is consistently good here, predictable. It's A&W. Pretty much everything was compost cuz the cup and tray were made out of real stuff and not plastic.
