“Best ramen in town. My wife and I order from here frequently. The staff are super friendly. The service is fast, take out orders are usually ready in 10 minutes. Dining in is also nice. I'll order takeout in person and pop over to Pete's to get produce. When finished my order is waiting for me. It is excellent quality ramen, very very tasty.Vegetarian options: My wife loves their vegetarian ramen. Kind of an umami broth with mild hoisin flavor accompanied with different veggies and some sliced cooked squash (squash is easily removed if you are not into squash)”

“We were very impressed and happy with the food and service from Cora Breakfast and lunch today. The quality of both were world class. I was gobsmacked by the generous portion size, excellent taste and presentation of western omelette and Eggs Benedict plates. Their menu is creative, varied and extensive. The interior is well-proportioned, clean and cozy. We stopped in here for the first time ever and will definitely be back next time we are in New Minas. Our compliments to the chef and service personnel. Thank you for making our visit one we will remember.Parking: The parking is adequate. Be cautious of navigating the parking lot. A Time Horton's drive-through opens into the lot on the right and an access road from the right side also comes in behind that drive-through. We were walking and startled by a car driving too fast coming in from that access.”
