Went in just past closing and the wonderful KATE said no worries and made me my maple cappuccino which I have become addicted to since visiting New Mina’s Cora’s. This is not the first time Kate has gone above and beyond regular customer service. It’s is about who she is as a person and committed to her job. I’ll be back and so will my friends….as long as Kate is doing what she does best. Thx Jane
Excellent family breakfast location. Food was prepared quickly. Staff were friendly and assertive. The price is a bit steep considering the items on the menu. Most items are prepared bulk in advance.

We were very impressed and happy with the food and service from Cora Breakfast and lunch today. The quality of both were world class. I was gobsmacked by the generous portion size, excellent taste and presentation of western omelette and Eggs Benedict plates. Their menu is creative, varied and extensive.
