The music was extremely noisy and annoying. It would deter me from eating here again in near future.

Went for lunch special. My pasta was very hot and delicious. We were served in a timely manner and our waitress was friendly and just the right amount of attentive.

I ordered the fish tacos. I had more coleslaw in my taco then fish (approx 1/3 cup of coleslaw if not more). Very disappointed considering the price, the fish should be the star of the taco not the coleslaw. 1 of the 3 tacos had only 3 pieces of fish on it. Won't buy it again, and don't recommend.

Maple Bacon Burger on a gluten free bun and regular onion rings. I would definitely order it again.

Great place to casually grab a bite to eat. Food quality is consistently good and our server was super friendly and efficient. Cost is relative to the expectations given the quality experience. We are repeat diners

Allie was our fantastic server.
We had pizza it was very good.
Good atmosphere and friendly staff.
My recent trip to Boston Pizza in New Minas was subpar at best. We waited over 15 minutes after being seated for a server to come to the table, the restaurant was not busy in the dining area, and there were several people hovering around the greating desk. When we finally ordered our food, I went to the male washroom, which smelled quite bad, to find one of the sinks was not working, and the paper towel dispenser was not working properly. When the food came, the trio platter was the norm and tasty, but the nachos were terrible. The server told us they switched out their salsa recently and I can tell you whatever they are serving now is not good at all. They would have been better off using the Tostitos brand from Costco. It had a strange taste and nothing like a good salsa. To top it off, the beef in the nachos was just that, cooked beef. There was no seasoning taste and terribly bland. I will never order the nachos here again. To drink I tried the passion fruit mule which was not bad but you could not taste any vodka in it. Maybe they just use a half decent vodka but one can usually get that taste when there is a proper amount of alcohol in a drink. The drink on the other hand did have a pretty good taste to it overall.

I was there for a neighbour's birthday. Initial service was slow, but improved thereafter. Food was hot and tasty and filling. Delicious.
Great family friendly atmosphere, too.

We've just eaten at Boston Pizza and this will be the last time. We waited over 40 min because my 3 year old son's dish was forgotten (it was his birthday and we made it clear). It's very difficult to keep a child of this age patient for so long for a very simple dish of fries and a burger. There are posters all over the front of the restaurant saying that if we wait more than 20 minutes we'll get a refund, but we've learned that the children's menu cancels this offer, so no refund, a real shame and misleading advertising. To be avoided!

Always a consistently enjoyable experience. A bonus is the Monday evening car shows in the warmer months.
