Asked if the Buffalo Mac and cheese could be made GF like the other pastas and I emphasized if it couldn’t I’d get something else, waitress said yes but the chicken is breaded, so she’d replace it with a regular chicken breast. Cool and fine. Food arrived and it was just quite nasty and lukewarm, it seemed like it was sitting out for a while. Just pasta, a load of cheese and a plain chicken breast, tasted pretty nasty. No Buffalo flavour at all. Got the bill and was charged extra for the chicken breast, which made no sense since I still paid full price for the Mac and cheese which includes the chicken. Just tell me you can’t make this instead of serving something gross and charging me 40$ for it.

Out of all the BP we've been too, the New Minas is the worst. Greeters give you air of annoyance, service is slow, and food is on the cold side. Our waitress took our order, someone else served it (pretty standard at all their establishments), on a rush by our waitress of how's everything, not waiting for a response, she was gone. We ended up asking another waitress for a container and bill so we could leave. No one is ever pleasant. Advice to staff, if you don't like working or dealing with customers, find another job. I understand this is a hard and fast paced environment, but there are a lot of great staff out there, just not at this location.

Had booked a adult birthday party for 10 people. Arrived and the "lost our reservation". Said "it happens". After standing in the parking lot desperately trying to find a place to take us. We went back in and basically badgered them to honor the reservation. After 40 minutes got in and was put at thebar instead of requested dining room. Under blasting cold fan. The food was ordered took forever and the food was mediocre. Then waiting for a "birthday desert" that took another 45 minutes after 2.5 hours we finally got out of there! Never will go back. Got the feeling we were being “punished” for insisting they take our reservation.
As always, everything was awesome and Sam was a wonderful and attentive server.

When it comes time to go out to eat I almost always return to Boston Pizza. Food quality has dropped a little over the past couple years but still a great place to eat out. Service is always good

Visiting from Ontario and just had a great lunch on the patio. I was with a party of 7 people. Service was excellent; super friendly and efficient. It had a good vibe and everyone really enjoyed their meal. Highly recommend them as a destination to enjoy some great food in a nice chill spot.
