I reserved our table for tonight earlier today to celebrate my daughter's 19th Birthday with our family. When asked what time I wanted, I said 7:30 but we could make it a bit later if needed, hearing some hesitation in the workers voice. She responded that she felt that 7:30 would be fine. I offered again, saying it was a special night but was politely reassured that 7:30 was fine. It was NOT fine. In fact, they seemed confused about where to put us when we arrived. I should have known then but I went along, even offering to take the spot offered in the bar side and moving over to the dining at 9pm if needed and it was easier for them, given how busy it was and we had an underage person with us that couldnt be on the bar side after 9pm. Again, they said they had it handled and it wouldn't be long. We we shown to our table and once everyone arrived, we all waiting quite some time for our orders to be taken. Again, super busy, we were patient. We took pics and shared our day etc. The food starts coming out a couple plates at a time here and there. I get mine and realize I have nothing to eat it with, as do several others. My daughter in law still hasn't seen her plate yet. I ask a passing waitress for cutlery and we get some. My food is cold by now. Nobody comes to see how things are or to refill drinks, oh and my daughter in law still has no meal. The table across from us is seated with 4 people. We smile, I'm not eating at this point,

I can't help but feel like their pizza is no different than a frozen pizza. It just has that
It's not a bad experience, but not one I would give higher ratings based on the noise level, serving quality and size compared with cost. The menu has a large variety of food dishes from pizza to wings and pasta, etc. with a lunch menu. We chose our selections from the lunch menu. This place is a great location for a sports bar, gatherings with friends, and family. The noise level is high, so be warned it's not the best place for a quiet, intimate dinner or if you are sensitive to noise. I really liked our server, but I did not get his name. He was kind, attentive, and checked in frequently. He was well informed about the menu when we had lots of questions. The pizza crust options include cauliflower and gluten-free for an additional cost. The orders we had were on the small side, and the French Fries were underwhelming. It would be a great option for people to order different sizes of fries. I liked my steak sandwich with onion rings on it (the little dipper) and the accompaning dipping sauce. I really enjoyed the horseradish dip for the fries. My friend loved her salad but was happy she also ordered the pizza and fries due to the size of the salad, and the lettuce in her salad was less than overwhelming. If I return, I might try the cactus fries, wings, or pizza. I found the booth we sat in to be quite comfy and spacious. There was plenty of free parking available, and the restaurant is wheel chair accessible. The washrooms were clean.
