I’ve been to this restaurant a few times, and I keep coming back because their ramen is honestly one of my favorites. always flavorful, served hot, and prepared quickly. The quality has been consistently good and never disappoints.
But during my recent visit, I was really disappointed with the customer service. The server didn’t seem welcoming at all, and the overall vibe just felt cold. It made the experience uncomfortable, and we actually considered leaving. We only stayed because we were already there and hungry.
I hope the management takes this seriously, especially some of the negative reviews seem to mention the same issue. As much as I love their ramen, I might have to look for another spot that serves great food and better service.

Our server remembered us from last time, which was a nice surprise. We didn't wait long for our lunch and it was absolutely delicious. We will definitely be back ASAP.
I ordered online with a request to package noodles separately as the ramen was going to PEI. Erin went above and beyond to package the order for travel and even included a handwritten note for reheating. Amazing customer service! The noodles were good too :)

Relatively small place, but I don't think that there will be a problem to come here and find one for yourself. Big free parking zone around. Normal prices. Friendly and polite workers. Me and my wife ordered Tonkotsu ramen, Chashu don, Korokke and Asahi can beer. Those Korokke were just normal, but ramen and Chashu don were very tasty. Meat in both dishes was mild and soup in my ramen has a dense taste. Definitely worth visiting at least once. And if you are searching for some lunch place during the work day - maybe it can be your good choice too.
They have the best ramen in Halifax. On top of that great service - we had an issue with our delivery order. The problem occurred with the delivery service but Buta Ramen took steps to fix it and then called after to make sure everything was it should be. Thank you :)
