I was a regular customer until Covid, But I no longer will be after I found out about things and a person experience my friend had with them. I'll never support them again.For starters buffet is now 30$ per person. Which is just insane!And, If you leave food on your plate you need to pay for it. My question is, What if it's a Childs plate? That's silly.The owner of the place (might) be sexist. One of her mangers hired my friend (male) and when she (The owner) met him for the first time, She seemed off. At the opening night, Fired him right on the spot. Said "You're not ready" (Not even a true reason, As this was after she said herself it would take him time to get used to this position) Weird right? He's had years of experience in this field. Rarely get's fired and hard worker. But then he noticed how all the men were only in the back, And there were only female waitresses. At one point, After he got fired. He called to get his check. Someone said, "X is calling for his check" The owner in the background made a OOF sound like to be like ew. Like "ewwgff." So she had something against him for some reason. (This is just our side of the story. Not good, And very fishy if you ask me. But take it with a grain of sault because the owner wont tell us the true reason he got fired. "Not ready" Nobody is ready for a new job.. Treat your employees better!)That was a hit to the coffin for us for ever supporting or going there again! I do not appreciate the owners attitude.

Arrived at 12:10 for the noon buffet, but very disappointed with the food. All the various meats were overcooked, dry and tough - chicken, pork and beef. The deep-fried haddie bits were also overcooked and dry and the batter much too heavy and very very greasy. The chow mein was well put together but, as with every food tried , was barely lukewarm. The service was great; prompt, curtious and friendly. I plan to try a supper buffet soon, hopefully it will be much better. I was surprised and very dissatisfied and disappointed, in the past the food here has been excellent. Fingers crossed for the supper ?

Just left the place…. Found a hair intertwined into my broccoli and they wouldnt do anything as far as making it right. As someone who works in customer service and has gone to culinary school, no wonder the restaurant bombed the first time. You claim to have over 100 buffet items but its clear you do not. No options for kids whatsoever and you charge a ridiculous price for a child under 10 who can barely eat anything as it is , and then not offer kid friendly things. They wouldnt even take one meal off as a hey sorry this happened… then proceeded to say that the health inspector is ok with hair being in the food… somehow i doubt that… not worth 126 dollars!!!! Imagine!! In todays economy!!! Also charged tax twice so make sure you check your receipts :)

did the supper buffet about $30per person.served us water in dirty cups not just water stains but also had old food chunks on the rimsfood was dry old and bland. fried chicken maybe fried in water and seasoned with paper shreds? fried rice, dessert cake also super not good. all dessert stale. marshmallow somehow stale. I take bite of cake I am transported to dessert with how dry and crumbly it is, also tasted like vinyl. i am sad.drink prices and uneaten food fees were unlisted. a can of pop is $3.waiters/waitresses never grabbed our finished plates. only came around about twice.only ate half of a plate before I had to stop.only positive is the ambience, very well put together and thought out. lovely decor and layout.maybe turn the building into an inn if you don't want to invest in good food+service for your restaurant.employees try to hide embarrassment. shame on operators.praying on your future endeavors. please do better, I know you can. you could become a staple restaurant in the valley instead of burning bridges with customers. focus on service, not decor.

1st...over priced , charged extra if you can't finish your meal .2nd.. my husband bit into " bonless" chicken, (was labeled boneless) , broke his back tooth on a BONE. Was charged for his plate aswell when he didn't even eat 1/4 of what was on his plate due to his broken tooth caused by the BONE in the "boneless" piece of chicken .3rd...it's -5 outside. Please fix your door so it shuts !!!See ya later Double Dragon. My first and my last time.

Extremley Overpriced. They now charge you a surplus extra charge if you don't finish everything on your plate. Disgusting. Definitely not the same as it used to be! Wont bother returning, nor will I recommend to anyone unless they change this. Waited all this time for the reopening for this, dissapointed to say the least.

The food is just not good. Won ton soup is one of my favourites to have so I ordered it and there was only 2 won tons, mushrooms??? And broccoli?? Some things really don’t need to be americanized and this restaurant does it too much. Everything is very bland, dry and just the wrong flavours. It’s really unfortunate given the restaurant is just absolutely beautiful; very deceiving and disappointing. I actually think the buffet is a great price, but the food doesn’t justify the price.

I really felt bad for the staff.We had great service but the food was literally horrible and bland.You would think during the time shut down they could have at least fixed the place up a bit our booth seats had big tears in them.Don't waste your time.Super expensive and for the money we could have had take out with tons of left overs from anywhere else.
