This use to be my favourite pizza . Although staff we’re friendly. The quality of what you get has definitely declined. It’s too bad . Got a pizza recently and there was so much wrong going on. Price increases = quality down apparently.
At 4:30 i placed an online order for pick up , selecting "now" for the fastest option as I was in town . it's now 545 and still nothing. so I'm done waiting and I won't be back. too many other options in New minas to waste my time with you again
ordered online at 5:49. Received an email at 6:39 that my order was out for delivery. Called at 7:40 because the tracking app showed my food was delivered. it was not. The person who answered didn't care in the slightest that it had been almost 2 hours since I ordered and an hour since it was marked out for delivery. She said the delivery guy didn't know it was ready and was on his way. 7:49 he shows up with my COLD, CONGEALED, OLD pizza that sat for God knows how long before...read full review
