Tonight I ordered for takeout online at 4:45 pm. I was waiting to receive a notification that my order was ready for pick up, and 1 hour later, the order status was still: in the oven. So, I drove to the restaurant to check on my order. The order was ready, and when I checked my items, they were just barely warmer than lukewarm, so I feel like my order was ready for 20-30 minutes before I even showed up to pick up my order. I wasn’t even given an estimated pick up time. If I’m not given a pick up time, is it too hard just to call me and let me know that my order is ready, instead of letting my order just get cold on their counter?

I’ve had Greco plenty of times, this Greco is the only place that has given me banana peppers instead of green peppers and my last ordered was only cheese when I ordered meat lovers. Had great pizza before this but I’ll never go back

I bought 2 large pizzas and a garlic finger. It cost me $80 and the pizza was terrible. Hardly no sauce and they were cut in very tiny pieces. I always buy the greco pizzas for the nice tasting sauce but you couldn't even taste any sauce. I will never order from greco in New Minas again.

Had a gift certificate and they would not let me use it, said it ran out did not think gift certificate ran when no date was on it. So had a awesome pizza from pizza hut. Unbelievable
